Since the beginning in 1981 the key personnel of Premier Business Consultants namely Jocelyn Wilson and Andrew Langford-Jones actively worked with clients to establish many of the Tattersall’s Agencies that are operating successfully today as stand alone Tattersall’s Agencies.

Joined by Andrew Williams in 1986 Premier continued in the marketing and sale of Tattersall’s Agencies, together with Newsagencies and Licensed Post Office businesses. Premier has specialised in the sale of Newsagencies since the 1980’s and also many other types of businesses..

DIRECTOR - Jocelyn Wilson - Licensed Estate Agent

25 years as a Business broker with PREMIER- over 30 years in total, the first 5 years with Tower Business Agents Pty Ltd Ltd, and owned her own business at the age of 20 and sold it herself.

Later, in 1978 Jocelyn purchased a small Tattersall’s Agency/ barbershop in Hampton,VIC. and developed the Tattersalll’s agency as a prototype, and subsequently began to specialize in the development and Sale of Tattersall’s agencies as a separate business entity.

Jocelyn has sold more Tattersall’s agencies than any other broker in the industry and provides advice and information to clients of PREMIER and also to Accountants, Valuers, Financial institutions and Legal practitioners who seek guidance in relation to Tattersall’s agency businesses.

DIRECTOR- Andrew Langford- Jones, Licensed Estate Agent

25 years experience as a Business broker with PREMIER. Andrew owned and operated own family Tattersall’s- Newsagency business in Brighton, VIC.

Andrew works in the area of the administration, finance and development.

DIRECTOR- Andrew Williams - Licensed Estate Agent Officer in Effective Control

20 years experience as a Business broker with PREMIER. Andrew owned and operated his own straight Tattersall’s Agency in the Altona Gate Shopping Complex for many years prior to joining PREMIER, and previously was the State Manager for Park Davies Pharmaceutical Company. Andrew also provides advice and information to Accountants, Banks, Valuers, and Legal practitioners on request.

Specializing in Newsagencies/Licensed Post Offices, manufacturing retail businesses and Tattersall’s client advisor.

Phillip Constantine - Consultant - Licensed Estate Agent

23 Years experience in the industry. Phillip owned and operated his own Real Estate business for 7 years before selling and moving into Franchised business sales in 1995 .Phillip has many close relationships in the franchise sector. Over the years he has been involved in selling many of the main franchise systems.

In the last 5 years he has maintained his interest in Franchising, choosing to work only with the proven franchise businesses, and has also applied his talents and expertise in the sale of Franchise businesses such as Licensed Post offices, together with Tattersall’s/ Newsagencies.

Michael Hurst - Consultant - Agents Representative

Over 25 years business experience. Michael is an experienced business person, having owned and operated Reception Centres, Motels and Restaurants.

Michael now lives on the Mornington Peninsula and is concentrating on selling businesses in this area.

Specializes in hospitality and food industry businesses.
